This website is a simple, static information site. It has no forms, sets no cookies of its own, and uses no advertising or analytics tracking. It does not collect or store your personal data through the site. We never ask for, or hold, any health or medical information through this site — those conversations happen in person.

If you contact us

If you call or email us, we use the details you choose to give (such as your name and number) only to respond and to arrange any consultation or treatment. We keep that correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose, and we do not add you to any marketing database.

Booking through Treatwell

If you book a treatment, you do so through Treatwell, under their privacy policy, not ours — we simply link to their booking tool. Any deposit is taken by card over the phone and is not processed through this website.

Hosting

This website's pages are served as static files through Amazon Web Services / CloudFront. Hosting delivers the page to your browser and does not collect your personal details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• see a copy of any personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it, or stop using it.

To exercise any of these, just contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics tracking. If you follow the link to book through Treatwell, that service may set its own cookies, as described in their policy.
